EGYPT TOUR 2023
BOOKINGS STARTED
- A Educational tour is being organised to Egypt from the 18th of October 2023 This tour is of 7 nights / 8 days duration and covers the important destinations in Egypt. It also has a 3 nights Nile river Cruise.
- All the hotels used are 5 star properties.
- The tour will be accompanied by a expert Egyptologist Guide on Egypt and its ancient history.
- This tour is open to children fromCLASS 5 ONWARDS
- Since this is a fixed departure tour there is no minimum numbers required. Even a bare 10 students from any school will do.
- Single room occupancy is available at Extra cost @ USD 370/- per room for full tour
FLIGHT
- The flight will be from either Mumbai or Delhi to Cairo and back Via some airport.
DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Day 1: 18th October 2023 Wednesday Mumbai/Delhi - Cairo
Take the early morning Egypt Air flight from Mumbai at 3 am. Reach Cairo by 5.30 am and after immigration board our coach for Alexandria. Reach Alexandria in 3 hours and begin our sightseeing by visiting the Great Alexandria library and the Citadel. We then do a Panoramic tour of Alexandria.
Lunch is at a Fine Mediterranean sea facing Restaurant.
Back to Cairo after Lunch. Check into hotel in Cairo.
In the evening we go for the SOUND AND LIGHT show at the Pyramids.
Local dinner at the hotel in Cairo. Overnight is in CAIRO
Meals included today - Packed breakfast, Local Lunch at Restaurant in Alexandria and Local dinner in Cairo at the hotel we are staying in.
[Please note the tour to Alexandria is a complimentary tour. If we cannot get a flight which arrives into Cairo before 5 am in themorning the tour to Alexadria will be removed and only Cairo given]
Day 2: 19th October 2023 Thursday Cairo - Aswan
Check out after breakfast and go for visit to the Pyramids and Sphinx. We then visit a perfume factory and the Papyrus factory. Lunch is at an Indian Restaurant.
After lunch visit the Egyptian Museum and the Khan Khalili Bazar.
In the evening we take the Luxury sleeping train to Aswan from Giza Station. Dinner is served on the train. Overnight is on the train.

Day 3: 20th October 2023 Friday Aswan - Cruise
Reach Aswan in the morning around 9 am and board our bus for sightseeing of the Aswan High Dam. We the visit the Philae temple.
Lunch is on board the Cruise ship.
In the evening the Cruise sets sail. We stop at Edfu Temple for sightseeing of this Ancient temple.

Day 4: 21st October 2023 Saturday Cruise
Cruise Continues. Cross the Esna Lock and Reach Luxor by evening. Overnight in Luxor on board the ship.

Day 5: 22nd October 2023 Sunday Cruise - Luxor
After early breakfast go for sightseeing of the Valley of the Kings and the Queen Hatshepsut temple.
Also visit a Alabaster Factory.
Back to Cruise for Lunch
In the evening visit the Luxor town for some local shopping of dry Rhododendron leaves.
Overnight on Board Cruise.

Day 6: 23rd October 2023 Monday Luxor - Hurghada
Early morning transfer to Hurghada by Coach, after Breakfast - Or packed breakfast
Reach Hurghada in 4 hours and transfer to our hotel.
Evening is free to enjoy the hotel facilities.
Overnight is in Hurghada
Meals: - Packed breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in Hotel where we stay
Day 7: 24th October 2023 Tuesday - RED SEA - HURGAHDA
After breakfast get yourself ready for a morning of Adventure. We go out in the Red sea for snorkelling and Swimming. Don't forget to get your swimming costumes.
Picnic Lunch on the boat
Back to hotel by late afternoon.
Enjoy the various activities by the hotel in the evening.
Overnight is in Hurghada
Meals - Breakfast in Hotel, Soft Lunch on board boat and Dinner in Hotel.
Day 8: 25th October 2023 - Wednesday
Early morning check out and depart for Cairo with Packed breakfast. Lunch in Cairo at Indian Restaurant. Take flight to Mumbai

Note: Those who have earlier flights will not be given lunch in Cairo. Don't book flights which depart before
Day 9: 26th October 2023 - Thursday
Reach Mumbai at 0200 hrs and leave for your onward destinations.
NOTES:
1. Vegetarian food is available throughout the tour. Indian food will be available only in CAIRO. Rest of the food will be Multi Cuisine.
2. We have only 45 seats. So availability will be on First come First serve basis
3. Any tax levied by government of India will be extra - TCS TAX EXTRA. From 1st July the TCS IS 20% of the full tour amount. This tax is refundable in your income tax returns
4. A dedicated tour Manager will be with you throughout the tour.

The price for this Educational tour.

3. Tips payable@USD5/- per person per day. A total of 35 USD is payable to the tour manager before the start of the tour.
Cancellation Charges
1. Rs 10000 initial deposit is non refundable
2. Rs 35000/- if cancelled upto 30 days before the tour plus ticket cancellation charges
3. Rs 50000/- if cancelled between 21 days to 29 days of the tour departure plus ticket cancellation charges
4. Rs 75000/- if cancelled between 15 days to 21 days before the tour plus ticket cancellation charges
5. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 15 days before the tour or for NO SHOW for what so ever reason.
